"Did you know that all the rooms in his house have sensors and the temperature adjusts based on who's in the room? And if there's more than one person in the room the temperature adjusts depending on where you are in the room. Is that not the nerdiest f#$%ing thing you've ever heard? If I had three billion dollars I would say 'b*$%#, put on a jacket!' and buy coats for all the homeless people." -Bobby, (too bad he's not a billionaire)
