Recognition

Yesterday I was complaining that eCampus Management doesn't do a thing to recognize employee accomplishments and milestones (like birthdays, yearly anniversaries, exceeding budgets, etc.)

I would just like to take this opportunity to say that Matt Taylor, unlike the higher-ups, recognizes the importance of a loyal employee, and rewards it properly....
....and that is with Chick-fil-A chicken mini's.
